1. Coverage
1-Year Limited Warranty
All work performed by the Company is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against material failure or workmanship defects, pursuant to terms and conditions of signed contract and this warranty form, from the date of project completion, provided the Client complies with the terms outlined below.
5-Year REVITALIZE System Extended Warranty
The Company’s REVITALIZE System (a full stamped concrete restoration process) includes a 5-year limited warranty/service agreement for material failure or workmanship defects. For a period of 5 years, the company will provide free repairs to warrantiable issues free of charge at the time of scheduled resealing. 5 Year warranty only applies to “REVITALIZE” restoration system projects. Clean and seal or stain and seal partial restoration projects are not covered.
Repairs for 5 year REVITALiZE warranty are performed only during regularly scheduled maintenance visits, as detailed in Sections 3 and 4.
10-Year Adhesion Extended Warranty – Garage Floors and Terra Stone System
The Company offers a 10-year adhesion-only warranty for epoxy or resinous garage floor systems.
- This warranty covers only adhesion of the system to the original concrete substrate.
- If adhesion failure occurs, the Company will perform spot touch-up repairs only.
- The warranty does not include complete floor replacement under any circumstances.
This warranty excludes issues such as:
- Dulling or fading of the sealer
- Scratches or wear from traffic
- Chemical stains, tire marks, or hot tire pickup
- Wearing through of the topcoat or sealer
2. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover the following:
- Hydrostatic pressure or moisture emissions from the concrete slab causing damage or failure
- Efflorescence (salt deposits appearing on the surface)
- Neglect, improper maintenance, intentional damage, or misuse
- Failure caused by issues in the substrate or previous coatings outside the direct control of the Company
- Damage caused by extreme or abnormal weather events or natural disasters
- Any other exclusions listed in the signed contract, which are incorporated into this Warranty by reference
Repairs or maintenance work performed by any party other than the Company voids the warranty.
Warranty repairs may be visible and may show signs of repair after the fact. Color and textures may vary from the original appearance.
Regular resealing of surfaces or replacement of mastic joints is not covered under warranty.
This Warranty is valid only if explicitly mentioned in the written contract for the project and is not implied for any product or service unless otherwise noted.
3. Maintenance Requirement
To maintain warranty coverage, the Client must hire the Company for appropriate maintenance, including periodic cleaning and resealing every 2 to 5 years, depending on site-specific conditions and wear.
Failure to complete required maintenance voids this Warranty.
It is recommended that the Client schedule a free inspection by the Company after 2 years or if signs of wear occur, to assess wear and provide recommendations.
4. Repair Schedule
Warranty repairs for extended warranty periods are to be performed only at time of scheduled resealing. As needed repairs outside of scheduled resealing will be done at companies sole discretion and may incur a fee.
5. Limitations of Liability
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Client.
The Company’s liability is limited solely to the cost of the original project and shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client.
The Warranty does not cover:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Loss of use
- Temporary displacement
- Costs related to removing or reinstalling furnishings, landscaping, or fixtures
- No verbal statements or additional agreements modify this Warranty unless confirmed in writing by the Company
